Twan Boonstoppel, Owner and Contact Person

Born in 1977, originally from the Netherlands but raised in beautiful Switzerland. Family man and chemical laboratory technician, living in the countryside in the Schwarzenburg region near Bern. Certified outdoor guide since 2022.

I feel at home in nature and passionately undertake cycling tours both domestically and internationally, as well as hikes or snowshoe tours in the mountains or other attractive areas of the earth. Tent, tarp, and sleeping bag are essential and give me a sense of endless freedom. Outdoor activities are a welcome change from work and family life and a balm for the soul.

I am fascinated by the rugged nature of the far north with its endless expanses, the bright nights in summer, and the enchanting northern lights in winter.
